SEATTLE, WA – January 9, 2001– The talented team of designers and programmers at GameHouse have been working hard to unleash a package of new services, games and products. A new ad share program using GameHouse software technology, the BoomServer, has been successfully launched with multiple clients who signed on in the first week. Multiplayer games are the craze and GameHouse has launched their first two (Reversi and TacTic) in a series. If that wasn’t enough, GameHouse’s registered users now have the chance to test their skills for the chance to win prizes in their contests and tournaments.
GameHouse’s new Ad Share program creates a 50:50 ad share model that allows their clients to sell advertising inventory without restrictions. The sophisticated back end software package, BoomServer, will track and allocate advertising inventory between Gamehouse and their clients. GameHouse has also created a low volume game hosting solution that provides start up organizations an opportunity to access games with minimal investment and commitment.
Registered users and guests at GameHouse can now challenge opponents to a game of Reversi and Tactic. Checkers is in its final stages of development and will be available for play in January. Single player versions or Reversi and TacTic are also available. Recent single player game additions are the highly addictive Collapse! and the Flash 5.0 Ligaz11 game, Clone Machine. Collapse! starts out as a peaceful strategy game with colorful squares, and before you know it; you’re frantically clicking, looking for bombs and the big bonus. Be prepared to follow the sequence carefully in Clone Machine or the creature you are cloning may not be what you expect! Last, but not least, Mah Jong and Solitaire were completed and made available in November.
Brand New! Registered users can now play some of the top GameHouse games for a chance to win prizes. Players just need to make 3 out of 6 baskets on the contest version of Winning Shot Basketball to be entered into a prize drawing. If Blackjack sounds more appealing, players can participate in the Blackjack tournament. Players with the most casino credits (no real money or value) at the end of each week win a prize.
